Hello There!

I remember standing in Boots and being completely clueless about everything I saw there. I moved through the aisles and all I saw was loads and loads of makeup, it was absolutely crazy. No one approached to help me, which was really fine. Because I always used to shy away when someone asked if I needed any help. I picked up some of the products and all I could think was how do I really use a primer and how expensive they were. Anyway, so I really know how daunting it is when you first try your hands in makeup. So, I am breaking it down for you today.Read More

At times everything just falls apart and you fall down. You lose all your strength, you lose your sight. You feel like you cannot stand up again. It seems like everything is over, everything you worked so hard for is not there anymore. Like in a jiffy, it is gone. Vanished in the air, as if it was never there. Your mind stops working, you feel down with regret. You want to undo, what went wrong. You want to go back to the time when the sun was still shining bright and you still had the smile on your face. But it is not possible to get back what you have already lost. Is it not possible to feel secured like you used to before. It is not possible to be mad at yourself forever for the steps you have taken. You feel you have ruined it all and it is all-dark now trying to engulf you. You lose the slightest hope you have;Read More

Alright, I decided to be very productive after my exams. But of course, I became a sloth bear and was spending time on my bed watching Suits.  I did not even attempt to write any blog posts in like a month. But I am here now and I am so happy that it is summer. Literally I can’t be more happy, because a bright sunny day is very rare when you are in London. For a fact, I hate colder months. I do not even have a good reason to despise it, I just do..Read More

Last night I was working till four o’clock in the morning and was absolutely exhausted. I couldn’t wait to fall asleep but when I was on the  bed I was restless and kept on tossing. I sat up straight and tried to figure out, what was troubling me. I did not get an answer and that time I was feeling quite annoyed so I started scrolling down my Instagram, because why not. At that moment someone commented on my picture and I immediately said : “thank you”. This got me thinking; to be very honest my mind is a messy place so it went back to my school days. I remember when I was in year 10 and it was our last day in our school. We planned to go out to celebrate our very last day. Everyone was scribbling on each other’s shirt and slam books, promising to stay in touch and wish on each other’s birthday. It was a really weird feeling, to leave my school where I studied for twelve years..Read More

I am currently having my sister-made noodles with loads of cheese and chicken in it, and it is pretty good. Okay! Now my favorite part I went to Primrose hill, and I am so much in awe with this place that I swear it is not even funny. I really like this place for some reason and those pastel coloured buildings makes me want to take pictures of the same. As if I am some kind of creep taking dozen of pictures of someone’s else’s house. I just do it anyway, so yeah that’s just me..Read More

Silly Note:  “ Please bear with my shouty capitals in the text below, that’s how I really emphasise the importance when I am writing because you cannot see my face which is highly dramatic most of the times when I am trying to put forward my view”

So, spring is here and I just cannot wait to go out and have some fun while digging  brownie out of Ben & Jerry’s. Well, that’s just me being me, but then my exams are knocking at my door and I just cannot keep the thought away from my mind.

My cousin brother is currently busy writing his final board papers. I called him up on Sunday and he was already preparing for his joint exams too and I was like really? Entrance exams freaks me out and I swear to god I fell asleep in my law one, but I did make it to the list.  Well, my dad had to scroll down quite a bit down the list to find my name and he was about to give up and then BOOM! there was me…Read More

I am finally so happy that it’s just three weeks until Spring  and I can enjoy some sun. I really like this velvet-blue Next jacket for the reason that it saves me from  chilly winds. So, I visited St.Paul’s Cathedral today and wore it with my cropped grey pants from Pull & Bear  and an off-shoulder top which was gifted to me.   Enjoy the pictures and ignore the public behind me, the crowd was crazy on the bridge.Read More

It feels like ages I wrote something on my blog. Anyway, few days back I picked up this lovely olive frill dress from Zara and I loved it from the moment I saw it, so I had to bring it home with me. This dess has a bit of mesh detailing on the neck portion complimenting the frills in the dress.  I wore this with my navy blue heels from New Look and I think they made a really nice combination together. And, ofcourse I had to add my hoop earrings with this dress..Read More

Cover up, someone said as her dress rode up her knees. She was a ten years old, young, happy girl wearing her favorite frock her mom gifted on her birthday. She did not understand what that meant at that moment but she did as she was being told and certainly she did not know what she was signing up for.

Cover up your strap, someone said to her. She was 15 at that time, the growing and teenage phrase of her life. She was introduced to brassier 2 years back by her mom, when she could see the hormonal effect on her daughter’s body. It is a normal process, every girl goes through it and everyone in the world knows that women wear brassier under their clothes. But when someone catches a glimpse of it because her top has slid down a bit, it becomes very embarrassing for the one who pointed it out, and suddenly there is a need to cover it up. It is always a hush hush affair, where every women needs to be aware about their bra showing through their top or not. As if that is the only main concern she has in her life…Read More
